Cupping: Moving or Stationary Versions Available
Cupping, which is the process created by suction and negative pressure, has been found to soften tight muscles, loosen adhesions,
lift connective tissue, hydrate and increase blood flow to body tissues,
and drain excess fluids and toxins by opening lymphatic pathways.
Cupping is a safe and beneficial practice, AND though marks often left by STATIONARY cupping sessions LOOK painful, anyone who has enjoyed a cupping session can confirm they are not at all painful (unlike bruising, cupping does NOT break blood vessels, so there is
ZERO pain to the procedure or afterwards -- and that cupping sessions actually feel extremely relaxing). Marks left by cupping can remain on the skin for up to 2 weeks -- depending on how stagnant the muscles, tissues, and blood flow previously were.
WANT CUPPING BUT NOT THE MARKS? CONSIDER "MOVING CUPPING"
Moving cupping, which provides the same benefits as Stationary cupping, is also available, but does not leave the sometimes-undesirable red marks that occurs with Stationary cupping due to the constant movement of the suctioned cups.
Cupping is very relaxing, and most clients report ease of movement after one session ---
consider adding cupping to your next treatment. :)
